Affiliate Marketing Commissions - 3 Marketing Tips To Earn More Commissions
February 4, 2008 | Leave a Comment
Most affiliate marketers are searching for Holy Grail of successful niches which give the biggest paycheck. They think there is a magical path to ensure your marketing as an affiliate earns commissions, and that everything is readily available for them.In essence there are only a handful of truly great marketing ideas, and some of these have not changed for over 50 years.
Oh yes technology has changed and techniques have changed, but the human needs, wants and desires have never changed, nor will they ever.
Here’s 3 top tips to help with your marketing, and to earn good affiliate commissions
1. Never send your prospects direct to the merchants page - in the hope of making the sale
Your visitors need warming up and your job is not to sell but to presell, and nothing works better than a review as if you were looking at it from a non biased view point.
2. Always send your prospects to a squeeze page, infact I believe until they hit the squeeze page they are only “suspects” and if they fill out your form for more information or a free report
Only then do they become prospects.
But only when they become hot prospects should you send them to the merchant’s sales page, when they are receptive and more inclined to make a purchase.
Yes you will lose suspects, not everyone will fill out the form - who cares - if you have a good squeeze page with benefits that create value you will convert well.
Think of it this way - if you just send people to the merchants page which converts at 6% and that is probably on the high side 6 out of every 100 will buy - you lost 94 that you will probably never see again. A squeeze page helps you build a list to sell to over and over again.
now don’t think having a list will make you successful, it has to be a responsive list, and the way to achieve that is by building a relationship with them with quality content that they can use - not just blasting an affiliate link to sell, sell, sell - that really burns my but.
Some of the most successful people online make fortunes with a small list - that’s because the list knows, trusts, likes, and respects what that marketer has given them through valuable content
3. Which leads us to how to drive traffic to your squeeze page, my advice is this - get good at one traffic generation method, then move to others, it does not matter what it is, get good at it
Learn all you can about it, model those who are already doing and achieving what you want
article, marketing, forums, viral e-books and reports, JV, pay per click, seo, forums, press releases, blogs, social sites, you tube, Google video - it doesn’t matter which one you pick Just get good at it.Become an inch wide and a mile deep - learn a lot about a little and become an expert, rather than a mile wide and an inch deep knowing a lot about a little, and never finishing any one project because you didn’t have focus
Get learning and applying these techniques and them affilaite marketing commissions will soon follow.

10 Affiliate Marketing Mistakes You Want to Avoid Part II
January 15, 2008 | Leave a Comment
During the last article, you knew that thinking big, copying your mentor and not having enough effort can bring you failure in affiliate marketing. Do consider the following mistakes so that you can reap your affiliate marketing success.
4. Not making any investment
There is no free fancy lunch in the world. If you want to earn from affiliate marketing, you must first invest in it. As simple as that.
Is true that you can find free hosting and autoresponder but you have to live with the consequences each of them brings. You can use their service but please stop complaint about their ad or service. Quality service need payment, they have a company to feed after all.
Still, there are companies offering good services with reasonable price. With $20 a month you can enjoy good hosting service. Some of them even offer discount if you pay them annually.
5. Treating your subscriber as cash register
Your subscribers are real people. They can think. What will you do if the webmaster kept sending you email “buy this…”, “grab that…”? Annoyed? Where is the valuable information your subscribers suppose to get?
Put yourself inside your subscribers’ shoes before you send out anything to them.
Remember, share with them what you know and nurture a genuine relationship with your subscribers. You can build credibility and reputation by just doing that.
6. Not keeping your promises
Affiliate marketing you to earn your income without meeting your prospect. However this can be a huge disadvantage if you exploit it.
Your prospects sign up to your list because they trusted your offer in your landing page. If what you deliver to them was crap instead of promises, your reputation will plunge to unseen bottom.
Yes, it can happen.
You can change your name on the web and continue your marketing but is that really what you want to do?
It is always easier to sell to happy and satisfied customer than to create new one. You should aim for the repeat sales rather than a fly by night income.
7. Not having a proper plan
You might think you can just buy a few domain names first and then decide what you want to do with them. But where is the logic of it? You are wasting your money and may be other people opportunity because they might have better use for the same domain name.
Be logic and considerate.
You must plan first before you buy any domain name. Decide your niche, research your market, and look for the proper merchant product to promote.
Affiliate marketing is like a huge and deep ocean, you are going to drown yourself if you just dive in without proper gear.
Remember, have a plan and keep researching your market needs.
The affiliate marketing mistakes listed so far are just some of the mistakes you can make and you might make more mistakes as you are more involve in the business. But the most important thing is that you learn from your mistakes and revise your approach in the business.

Virtually Guarantee Your Success By Avoiding These 3 Mistakes When Choosing An Online Mentor
January 14, 2008 | Leave a Comment
As the online business world continues to grow at an incredible pace, one must avoid certain tendencies to have legitimate chance of success in an online business.
If you are going to have any chance of success, you must take these points into serious consideration, or you may be doomed from the very beginning.
My name is Damian Benko and I am a successful interpreneur (internet entrepreneur) working with the Passport To Wealth business. I have been involved in online businesses for almost 2 years and have had 3 other businesses off line as well.
Many people ask me, because of my success, how I did it, or what my secret is. Well, there really is no secret. There are however, several things to avoid, too assure a greater chance of success with any given program.
The program that I’m involved with is a software based business that provides a tremendous amount of products for the member as well as educational resources. The reason that I chose Passport To Wealth is because, after my due diligence, I found it to be the most solid amongst many of the others out there.
Now, I’m not saying that Passport To Wealth is far better than any other program out there. I’m just saying that the concept, the compensation and the ownership, Darren Gaudry, appealed to me the best.
That is the first key to success with any program that you choose. You must believe in the company and represent it because of your strong feelings towards it. If you chose a company, just because it’s hot or the “latest fad”, you could very well be destined for failure before you even start.
You need to feel emotionally strong about why you’re choosing to be a part of that business. How can you expect anyone to join with you if your prospects can’t detect your enthusiasm for your business? That definitely comes through when talking with people. It is always best to have your heart into what you do. It just makes it easier.
Now, that you have chosen a company to join, here comes the hardest part, finding the right sponsor for YOU. There are many different personalities out there and you want to work with someone who you can get along with and feel comfortable with.
There are many pitfalls or mistakes people make when choosing the right sponsor or mentor to help them succeed in their new business. When searching for that mentor you want to avoid these three specific areas.
1) The first and probably the most important mistake to avoid, is not calling your mentor personally. Don’t make the mistake like many others do, by just joining a business without picking up the phone and speaking with the person you’ll be working with.
Don’t make that mistake. This is your business and you want to be sure that your sponsor will be accessible when you need them. If you call them and they don’t answer or return your call in a prompt fashion, usually within 24-48 hours, how will you be able to rely on them for help when you need it?
The same standard goes for email communication as well. If you are getting auto responder messages only and don’t get a personal email communication after you sent an email to them wanting more info, then that is usually a sign of an incompetent sponsor.
Remember that they are supposed to be there for you. This will be your business and you want to make sure the sponsor that you’ll be working with can help you when you need it most. I feel that having a connection or bond with that person can also help in your quest for success. Making money with those that you like and get a long with is a lot more fun!
2) The second mistake to avoid when choosing your sponsor is not asking enough questions. You want to ask as many questions as you can about the business and find out what specific help they will provide you with.
This will lead you to ask about what other resources do they have access to, such as additional mentors or leaders in the business to help you too. The more help and access to successful people the better.
Questions about a sponsors background can tell you a lot about that person. What have they done in the past and does it seem that their personal history will benefit you in your new business? This can be very revealing.
3) The last key to avoid when choosing a sponsor is rushing your decision. You don’t want to jump in with both feet the first time you see the business. Take some time to really think if this is what you want to do.
To be profitable in any business, you must realize that it takes time and effort to build. There are no magic bullets or super secrets that can make you rich without putting in that time and effort.
Many people make the mistake of joining a business strictly on emotion. By knowing this, many marketers will zero in on your emotional hot buttons to try and convince you to join with them right away and make you feel like you’ll lose money if you don’t. This creates fear of loss, which is a VERY powerful emotion.
They will also pray upon your emotion of greed, which will make you feel that you can make all this money without doing a whole heck of a lot for it. Have you ever heard, “only an hour a week in this business and you can make 100 grand a year?” Yeah right, give me a break! If that were the case, everyone would be rich.
These “hypsters” as I like to call them, will try to convince you that they have all the answers and can make you a very substantial income with virtually no time spent at all on your business. Simply give them your money and there system will do the rest. Just sit back and make a fortune. Sorry, that is absolutely false!
This is a business and to be profitable in any business, it takes time and effort on the business owner’s part. When times get tough, you need to focus even harder and stay committed to your goals.
This is why you must take every precaution when choosing a mentor to help you in your business. They will need to be there for you and answer your questions when they come up, because they will. Don’t feel bad for grilling your would be sponsor/mentor. Remember, this is not personal, it’s business. You have to look out for number one, that’s YOU!
You must always remember that with a “burning desire” to succeed and the help of others who are experienced, you are unstoppable. Don’t hold back and give it all you’ve got. If your true desire is for success, you can will achieve it. Put that goal out there and do whatever it takes to reach it. You will become a better person because of it! Go Get ‘em.

If You Are New To Internet Marketing, You Need To Know This
January 14, 2008 | Leave a Comment
To succeed on the Internet, you have two challenges. First you must drive qualified traffic to your site. Second, you also must compel site visitors to convert themselves into prospects or customers. And that is pretty much all there is to online marketing success. But that is just the tip of the online marketing ice burg.
When boiled down, online marketing is a pretty simple proposition. The complications only arise when you consider the options involved in making it happen. Some things you should be asking yourself about starting an online business are:
Do I know what I need to do to find qualified prospects on the internet?
* Do I know how to convert my prospects into customers?
* How long will it take for me to start making enough money to keep me interested in pursuing this online marketing business?
* What do I do to start this online marketing business making money fast?
The answer to all those questions vary so wildly, there is simply no way to address them in this article. You would have to approach your online marketing from various angles depending on the price, profit and nature of what you are marketing. That is also why buying a particular software program or e-book will really not be the end all solution you had hoped it would be.
Choosing your marketing business should be based more on the help or mentoring available than the actual product that you would be marketing. That sounds kind of backwards doesn’t it? Think about it. There are literally thousands of successful money making opportunities out there. Any one of which could be just the thing for you. But how did the people who are getting rich in those opportunities do it?
They were either lucky or had already know what they were doing or they had a mentor to help them.
Making better than average income via online marketing is not hard. However, it’s not so easy that anybody who watches “8 full hours of the super duper video” can reasonably expect to have a chance at it.
Before getting envolved, the top things to look for in an online marketing business are:
1. Do you have access to a mentor to help you get started faster and effectively?
2. What kind of access do I have to this mentor? Is the access via video tutorials or live, one on one contact and interaction?
3. How motivated is that mentor? It has to be Win-Win for your mentoring to be truly effective. What is motivating your mentor, do you pay them or do they get paid in the process of helping you. (Hint: The second option is best.)
4. How long will that mentor’s interest in helping me succeed be? One sale? Two sales? Indefinitely? (Hint: The third option is best.)
Of course there are other important things to look for in starting your home based business. One of the most important considerations is your cost vs profit. For example, weight your expenses per sale against your profit per sale.
In as concise and straightforward manner as I can possibly muster, what I really am trying to get across to you is that without a mentor you would, at best, only be guessing that your business formulas are profitable. If it is experience that you don’t have, what experience are you pull from? It would have to be from a video or an e-book? Would you stake your future on that?
Simply put, a personal, live and accessible mentor is your most valuable asset.

Give The Search Engines A Big Kiss
January 14, 2008 | Leave a Comment
Affiliate marketing has its pluses if you’re willing to play the game. Here are a few good points:
1. you don’t have to develop your own products because you are marketing for someone else. You use their advertising media, and let them do the shipping, handling and guarantees.
2. You don’t have to spend large amounts on manufacturing and storing inventory.
3. You don’t have to process, bill or collect on any accounts.
4. The customer is always yours
5. Get paid regularly and from one source.
6. You never have to answer customer e-mails or complainants.
7. They are free to join.
8. You can work part-time with little money.
Sound to good to be true? Well, it is and it isn’t. Your job, as an affiliate marketer, is to find prospect’s and convert them into customers for someone else. Sounds easy huh? Here is where the tire meets the road. The Internet is all but saturated with affiliate marketers. Everyone wants to get paid for doing next to nothing. It’s the old, “setting on the beach, easy money”, syndrome. But, if it were so easy, everyone would be setting on the beach, basking in the sun while they gazed at their Mercedes setting in the parking lot. The fact is it isn’t so easy.
Everything is magnified.
On the Internet everything is magnified. Instead of having ten businesses fighting for the attention of one million potential customers, you have five thousand merchants fighting for the attention of billions of prospective customers. It’s the narrowing down of the playing field that gets sticky. You have to make a choice. How many genuine prospects do I want to target and how much competition will I have to endure? If you have the probability of say, fifty thousand customers worldwide, and there are fifty others in the same business, then, what are the odds for success?
The fifty thousand prospects is set but the fifty competitors is not. Your battle is not reaching the fifty thousand because they are there, looking for your product. The big challenge is in out-maneuvering the fifty others in the same business as yours. Here’s where it boils down to the same-old same-old. Yep, the marketer with the most money, gets the most customers. Some would say, “oh that’s not true, the Internet is an equal opportunity medium”. BULL, money talks and BS walks! It’s the name of the game. Let’s look at some facts.
1. The search engines rule – if you can pay for the right services, the search engines pay attention. They don’t give a hoot about you or your family, they are in it for the money.
2. You have to know who’s buttons to push. Again, if you can’t get Google, Yahoo or MSN’s attention, you don’t get recognized or rated. If you don’t get rated, prospects can’t find you and you don’t make sales. You might as well have a taco shop on the moon.
3.You’re going to have to pay someone. It’s a fact. You pay for the website and autoresponder at the very least. Then there is the task of making the search engines happy so you can reach the prospect. The want to be paid in some form or another. It’s all about leverage, the more money you spend, the more leverage you apply. The more leverage you apply, the higher you go up in rankings. Isn’t the free enterprise system great. Yeah, you’re free to spend yourself to wealth.
I know a guy who won the lottery twice. Each time he spent ten thousand dollars and hired people to buy tickets. Sure, he could have lost, but his odds were reduced considerably. Isn’t it the same with marketing on the Internet? The more you spend, the better the odds of success. There is nothing new or different about the Internet. It’s the law of spend and return.
I worked for a trucking company for fourteen years. We went from gas driven trucks hauling eleven tons to diesel trucks hauling fifteen tons. We had to spend money to make money, I know it doesn’t make sense, but the savings on fuel and overhead coupled with four extra tons each load, over road the cost. Plus to stay completive, we had to upgrade the equipment. The Internet is the same, you have to do the math, and expedite measures to stay competitive.
Prospects will always be prospects.
Your game is to out-maneuver the completion. Remember, the prospect will always be the prospect. The competitor on the other hand will cut your throat in a heart beat. How do you go about that? Well it goes back to the search engines. Never mind the prospect, never mind the competition, concentrate, on the search engines. You have to get your name in so many places the search engines can’t overlook you when a prospect goes searching. The search engine is working on behalf of the prospect not the marketer. It wants to answer the prospect’s call as best as possible. with the most relevant information as possible, sort through billions of bits of information, in the least amount of time as possible.
The relationship is not between the marketer and the search engine. It is between the searcher and the search engine. So, make the search engine happy and it will put you on top of the heap for the prospect to find you. Let’s face it, the search engines rule. They decide who will succeed and who will fail. If you don’t kiss they won’t tell. Learn the search engines, your product is taken care of and your prospect is looking for you and what the heck, if you have to do a little kissing to make the search engine happy, do it.
I’m sorry to say, only a small percentage of affiliates make $500 or less per month. Why?
The biggest percentage of affiliates never even see one single check. Why?
Well I can say it is obvious, they either don’t know what they are doing, or their doing nothing it at all.
True there are a small number of affiliate marketers (”super-affiliates”) who are making some very serious incomes like, $150,000 or more per year, and there is a minority, about 2-3% who earn lower but respectable livings .
The sad truth is … by far the vast majority fail to earn hardy anything. Be careful, do your homework, and work, work, work then, maybe, just maybe you will also, be a super affiliate.
Happy Trails

Why Information Products Sell Like Hot Cakes on eBay
January 11, 2008 | Leave a Comment
EBay is the best auction site that enables anyone to make money. Don’t be baffled! It is true and 100% possible to make money from auction giant eBay without having any product to sell through it. Surprising, isn’t it? In a business, you are usually required to sell a product, but this all a thing of the past and though many may influence you into believing this, it is only to prevent you from stealing their business away.
Don’t worry; believe in eBay business as many people are doing day in and day out because they know how to sell information products through eBay. At some point, you may have already accessed the eBay auction site where the seller only exchanges some downloadable product. You may wonder what sort of business is this that offers product for such low price! There can be two answers to this:
#The seller does not have clue of what he or she is doing and then suffers loses.
# The seller is highly experienced and makes thousands of dollars even if his or her auction shows low sales.
Sounds wacky, doesn’t it? Especially when you are newbie in this information selling business, but it is true and you can make a fortune if you sell information products through eBay. EBay uses information products as back end sales and they might sometimes sell 10 copies of an e-book and might sometimes end up making minor profits or just break even when compared to the cost of the ebook. The best part of this business is that the sellers know everything and they have 10 highly qualified prospects for every product.
Buyers follow the plan and purchase the hosting domain name as directed by the seller. This enables the seller to make some fast money in the form of commission on domain name registration and recurring commission on the hosting as the long as the buyers Internet business sticks around. If you wish to try this business strategy then you should start by trying the Goggle for re- brandable ebooks with resale rights. You can also search eBay for such products and remember many people are making money through this process.
If you wish to optimize your sales strategy, then you should always keep your prices low and your goal should be to use eBay as a medium to sell ebooks free of cost or at low prices. If you sell an ebook that includes no back end sales or any affiliate links, then your goal should be to sell the powerful system to the customers to help him or her make money and in return earn your due income by sticking to the system that generates money for you!

Selecting The Right Business…
January 11, 2008 | Leave a Comment
It is rather easy to start your own home based business. For sure I know, I started it within one week without considering anything. It doesn’t surprise you that I failed miserably. Now I know a lot more and maybe I am at the right time, at the right place (your computer screen) with this article before you considering a home business. If not, then I hope you were honest to yourself in choosing the right one.
What do I mean with that? A home business is a business where most of the work is done at home. That can be offline or online. Offline is that marketing is done through advertising in newspapers, magazines, calling prospects on the phone, etc. (you don’t need an internet connection). Online is that marketing is done with an internet connection, through email, the internet, writing articles online, etc.
It seems a long time ago when I was invited to a hotel meeting of a MLM-company with health and wellness products. I had really no clue what this business meant, the only thing I wanted was information about high quality supplements. To be honest, it was a perfect meeting, they created in me the urgency to buy. A couple of hours later, I thought I won the lottery including sample products of the supplements I needed. One week later I became a distributor in a MLM-company and had really no clue of what I had to do. For now I spare you all details (about the warm market, 3-way calling, whole world is a prospect) but I think many, many people are enrolled in this particular way. In this way the companies are making the big money.
So, how many times have we got involved in a wrong company? When we look back and asked ourselves, how did I ever enroll in that company? Most of us get involved and see a great opportunity with tons of money. They jump in and are not evaluating the business/company;
* Home business with a MLM-company: Always a residual income, we are getting paid tomorrow on today’s efforts. Goal = long term, 10 - 20 years or longer. Company must have longevity. This is not ‘Direct Cash’.
* Home business with a retail company: One time commission, getting paid today on today’s efforts. Goal = short term, 5 years.
Select the right business and do not force yourself, because the process can take weeks. If you want money real quick, start with a retail company. For the longterm, a MLM-company is a real good possiblity. If you decide which kind of company, try to find a good training organisation to guide and train you in the home business. Treat the business as your own business and lead with the product and/or service, not the opportunity.

Internet marketing industry has become one of the most saturated and competitive niches. The reason for that is because a lot of marketers buy almost any new product on impulse, thinking it’s going to help them automate their business even more, or just make more money. But after a few years this has changed too. Nowadays with all the marketing hype and new products people are not willing to spend money on something unless they truly need that product.
The easiest way to make a sale as an affiliate, or a vendor is when the customer has already made up his mind about making a purchase. When the customer knows he needs a certain product then there is almost nothing that will stop him from buying it. On the other hand, if you try to convince your prospect that he/she needs your product, or service, it’s going to be a lot harder to make that sale. It’s a human nature to prove yourself you are right, and if originally you didn’t think you need a certain product, then you will keep trying to find reasons not to purchase it.
So how can we help prospects make a buying decision without looking like a pushy salesman?
First, let’s look at some of the marketing tactics used in the industry to generate traffic and sales.
- Copywriting
- PDF files
- Email Marketing
- Article Marketing
- Press Releases
- Video
- Screen Captures
- Audio
The above marketing tactics are widely used by all internet and affiliate marketers. All of them are very powerful and if used correctly can generate a lot of sales and traffic.
But how can we use them to sell something without actually selling anything. It’s quite simple in fact. Instead of trying to convince people that your product is the best thing out there, you should concentrate on giving away free info on how you use it to help you run your own business.
By changing your strategy this way, you will gain more credibility and won’t look like a pushy salesman. People will actually like you for all the great free content you are giving away, and at the same time they will want your product.
So let’s look at some examples:
1. You could create a free PDF reports teaching people some cool new strategies that work for you. You could show people how your product makes the strategy a lot easier and automated perhaps. This way you are not trying to sell to them. You would actually just help them understand that they need it too.
2. Write Press Releases and Articles. The more articles and press releases out there about your product or service the better chance you have making a sale. People search Google for specific product names to find out more information. This could also help them make the decision.
3. Screen Captures are excellent for this strategy. Why not make a video showing people right on their Desktop your strategies, and how some products help you make it the best out of it. Screen Capture is probably the most effective marketing tool for preselling, so you should use it as much as possible.
4. Copywriting of course plays the major role in internet marketing. Some think it’s more important than getting traffic to your website. If you are a great copywriter then you could really make your sales copy sound less pushy and more informative.
That’s just a few examples that you could use in your selling strategy. As you can see it’s possible to sell things online without actually selling anything. People are getting immune to pushy marketers who simply try to push their products down their customer’s throat.
If you want to generate more sales for your online business and gain the advantage over your competition then check out Mass Control system. Also, try some of those cool ways of making money online.

How To Write Killer Headlines For Your Advertisement
January 9, 2008 | Leave a Comment
There is no denying the fact that the success of an advertisement lies mostly in the headline. The headline should attract the reader and make him read the rest of the advertisement.
The headline should be simply catchy and various key points should be embedded when deciding on the headline for the ad.
The headline should catch attention of the eye at the first glance. Words in headlines should act as tags for the advertisement. It should say it all about the content that follows.
If a company is selling reasonably priced furniture, the headline of their advertisement should be ‘Durable furniture for less price’. This headline will attract the right customers who are on a look out for durable furniture as well as low cost furniture.
If the customers to be reached belong to a category that are interested in decorating their house with beautiful furniture and aren’t concerned about the price to get the right look, then the headline can be ‘Change how your house looks by our oriental furniture’.
Anything other than the prospects should not be included in the headline. If both men and women can use a product, both of them should be referred to in the title, missing out even one of the category is like losing a huge number of potential customers.
The title should be instant product seller. According to a research, five times more readers read just the headline when compared to those who read the complete advertisement. So the investment is of no use, if the title isn’t good enough to sell the product.
There can be a possibility that the content of the ad isn’t strong enough. All the harm can be undone by having a powerful headline. The headline should be centered on the product and not the company that is selling the product.
The customer’s interest should be reflected and he should feel that he is directly addressed. Start with ‘you’ and not ‘we’. So if the client specified on mentioning the company’s name, don’t start the sentence with it. For example, instead of writing ‘Tylenol - solution for sever cold ‘, write ‘Got sever cold? Try Tylenol’.
Never forget to mention the name of the product in the headline. The product name should be of top priority. A snapshot of the benefits of the product should be given in the headline. This is an important quality of a well-phrased headline.
The customers look out for advantages when he thinks of buying a product. Keywords like whiter teeth, nutritious cereals, or miraculous growth should be incorporated in the title. If inculcating all these factors have made the headline long, it should be remembered to write the product advantages in bold.
If a visual is placed in the advertisement, it will be a good complement. As a picture speak thousand words. But care should be taken that the headline should say some part of the story and the visual should say the rest. Don’t repeat the headline or the picture.
Too much of cleverness should not be applied to design a headline. There are nearly five hundred advertisements in a local newspaper on weekends. A regular reader reads the headings of all of them. He will be able to classify between a false heading and a genuine heading.
No false promises or information should be included in the headline. Over smart headlines are good for award competitions, but don’t really work with the savvy customers. The headline should give out a positive feeling to the reader.
Negativity should be totally excluded as it not only creates a negative impression but the mind will also be not receptive friendly. It sometimes confuses the mind and it interprets a negative meaning of the message being delivered.
Confidence should be reflected in the headline. Don’t include any doubtful words like if and but.
Conditional phrases are a strict no. The sentence should be in present tense, instead of past or future.

Is The Carbon Copy Pro By Jay Kubassek A Scam Or Not?
January 4, 2008 | Leave a Comment
You’ve probably heard about the Carbon Copy Pro Marketing System by Jay Kubassek and are curious if it is a scam or not. This article will give you a review of the program.
CarbonCopyPro is an automated marketing system put together by Jay Kubassek with the help of Mike Dillard. Jay was once a marketer of Liberty League. He then decided to move on to become involved with Wealth Masters International.
Jay has had his up and downs in the industry and after he achieved success, he decided to create his own marketing system. Jay claims, “After 4 years, $400,000 of marketing testing, and millions of dollars in earnings, we have perfected the most powerful, automated, turn-key, sales and marketing system on the planet.”
So what is CarbonCopyPro and what does it have to do with Wealth Masters International?
CarbonCopyPro is a marketing system that has been developed by Jay and his associates to try to help solve many of the problems that most people face in a home based business. They claim that with Carbon Copy Pro there is no phone calling, no selling, and no cold calling.
Basically what Carbon Copy Pro has done is create a funnel system that invites prospects to their company. Although the CarbonCopyPro was launched after The Reverse Funnel System by Ty Coughlin, they work almost exactly the same way. The users of the system pay a monthly fee to use Jay Kubassek’s branded information.
The users of Carbon Copy Pro advertise the system to drive prospects to the webpage that works to “pre-qualify” them. The prospects pay a $49 application fee and then fill out a questionnaire.
The prospects do all of this in order to find out the real cost of the program which is Wealth Masters International. The cost to join is $1,500. The goal of this Jay claims is to weed out the “tire kickers”. If a person is not willing to pay the $49 fee, they will certainly not be willing to pay the $1,500 to join WMI.
Your total start up investment into this program will be about $2,000, plus advertising. There are also co-ops to be a part of as well.
In conclusion, while The Carbon Copy Pro marketing system is not a scam, there is one major downside that I see to the system. That is that you are branding Jay Kubassek and his program. The goal of online marketing is to brand yourself, not someone else. For new online marketers who are completely satisfied with spending their money to drive traffic to someone else’s site, Carbon Copy Pro could work just fine for them. However, it is unreasonable to believe that there is a totally automated system. People are going to want to talk to a live person before they spend $1,500. At some point you will have to start branding yourself to achieve success online. The other downside would be the significant monthly costs involved with the program. Again, when you are paying to use someone else’s system, it is going to cost you.
